  Dunkin Donuts is not safe in the Carolinas. I spend money I don't have to get coffee so I can keep working. My Ice coffee tasted burned, and I was asleep at the wheel 20 minutes later. They are putting old burned coffee in the ice coffee. I don't have time to go back in and wait for new coffee. I am already late for an appointment... McDonalds isn't as strong but sugar free vanilla is good. And dunkin won't refund or even reach out... I'm learning how to make my own coffee. Get some quality control! This would not fly in the market i came from.

  Went to get Carmel craze they did not add Cinnamon sugar to the top they did not give us straws or napkins. I also got two croissant meals that are supposed to be toasted they were cold and when mentioned to them they just simply said we don’t melt the cheese, when obviously the cheese would be melted if the sandwich was toasted. It’s the fact that every time I come either the espresso shot is dead and burnt by the time they put it in which would be understandable if there was a line (there never is) or something is missing like cold foam on a drink and when asked if it’s supposed to on there they decline that it’s supposed to be when it’s on the menu. The service isn’t always this bad but it’s always an issue and they’re never eager to fix it or sorry about it. They’re just sorry they happened to be caught this time. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but it’s been something wrong the last 10 times I’ve went.

  Very poor customer service. I ordered $30 worth of breakfast and coffee and didn't have everything i ordered. Went in to the store and it took a good 20 minutes for someone to help me fix the issue.

  I come here every morning to get the same coffee, this morning i was met with attitude and irritation when checking my order on the screen and it showing a completely different drink order. considering this is the best one we have in Rock Hill I will not be coming back. If you don’t like your job, just quit. I refuse to keep giving my money to a business that treats me like crap.

  Can’t even take their time to fully cook your food, regardless of the amount of time it takes. This is unacceptable and disgusting. Flimsy, rubbery bacon. How about..the cook (or lack there of) eat it? Oh right, they wouldn’t dare.
