This Bojangles has the best morning crew of all the Bojangles in the area. Service is top notch, food is always hot and fresh, crew is always polite, very attentive, and they have manners. Who ever the manager is in the morning shift, you should be proud of this crew and hopefully they are treated accordingly. To the morning shift, between 5am and 6am, thank you very much.

Went here for lunch and theirs a poop truck pumping poop beside the drive thru window during rush hour lunchtime. I’m so serious. Never ever going back. Smelled so bad absolutely Disgusting

What a great place to visit. Instantly I was greated with such a fun and charming atmosphere and the personality of the most breathtaking and vibrant Miss Haley made the dining experience one that I will treasure long into the ages. Thank you so very kindly for such a wonderful experience, I very much look forward to revisiting in the future.
Great customer service from this location with delicious bo bites. Special recognition to Hillary for being an awesome and courteous employee!

I chose to visit this restaurant on my lunch break and placed my usual order. However, when I reached the drive-thru window, I was told I could not use my phone to pay for my meal. I was informed that if I wanted to use my phone, I would need to park and come inside. This was very disappointing, especially since I had visited this same location earlier in the week and using my phone was not an issue.
This caused a significant inconvenience during my limited lunch break, and I had to find another form of payment to complete the transaction.
After I left, I realized my fries were missing from the bag, so I called the restaurant. When the manager asked the staff about the order, she referred to me as “the one with the issue with the card,” which was inaccurate and uncomfortable to hear. The situation was not a card issue, but rather a restriction on phone payments at the window. I was then told it was “just a small fry” and that I could receive it when I came back.
The overall experience lacked professionalism and customer care. What should have been a quick and routine lunch stop turned into a frustrating experience. I hope this location works on improving communication, consistency, and customer service to ensure future guests feel valued and respected.
