  We pulled up to pump gas and order inside and 3 of us, stood at the register for almost 10minutes waiting for the 2 women to come over and not once did they bother to come help us. Apparently if they have machines inside you are expected to use those … but we pay with cash when we travel so since no one wanted to help us we drove next door to Wendy’s. Where they happily assisted us right away. Very rude. Bad business. Why are you paying people if they aren’t even going to help? Monday evening at 6:30pm. Smh

  We ordered coffee and the machine wasn't working. We ordered apple pie and no apple pie. When our fries arrived and we asked for empty cups one of the workers shouted "WHAT".. very rude staff member.

  This was a solid stop just off the highway, and I made it early enough to enjoy an Egg McMuffin with my coffee. There’s something pleasant about settling into a corner table, placing the order on the app, and having the meal brought over, almost like a low‑key sit down restaurant without any of the fuss. The dining room was reasonably tidy and my table was clean. I walked over to the condiment and soda station to drop a few ice cubes into my coffee so it would cool down enough to drink, a small ritual that always makes the morning feel a little more manageable. The breakfast sandwich was put together correctly and still hot. The hash brown wasn’t quite as warm and was a bit underdone, but with some ketchup (which I had to go request at the counter) it all came together well enough. Not terrible and not the best, just a decent McDonald’s when you need one.

  The nicest most honest bunch! Food was good. It was super clean. It was a long day and I left my purse in the restaurant. They kept it safe and returned it to me. I was so thankful for that!

  I am a Gulf War handy capped veteran. I stopped off at this location on 3 January at 615 pm. I informed the cashier that I was unable to use their kiosks. I was waiting at the cashiers counter for 10 minutes and asked the person behind the counter for assistance. They told me to use the Kiosk. I informed them the kiosk does not work for me. I asked to see the manager and she told me to use the kiosk. She told me if I could not use the Kiosk I needed to leave. Very poor customer service. I am in the process of filing a complaint the the Disabled Veterans Organization and others.
