One kiosk doesn't work. The other one tells you after you order at the end it doesn't take payment so you have to go get in line. Employee doesn't greet you but instead when it's your turn just speaks out the total before the person before you even moves out of the and you need to know they were talking to you. Once you insert your credit card they leave without a word and without waiting nor giving you a receipt. Later when they come back you are allowed to ask for your receipt and they will get it. No thank you offered even after you say thank you to them for the food. I asked for a condiment (which I asked for on my receipt) and she said they don't have it and you say thank you and they still don't respond. The customer before me said thank you very friendly and was ignored as well.

No customer care here at This store, they are very slow and kept giving out the wrong order I got 3 other people order before mine, had 3 employees walk by me and said nothing. Never seen a McDonald this bad at

Place a mobile order for my little girls six piece chicken nugget happy meal. Placed it for pick up inside went to pick up inside doors were locked. Had to go through drive-through. Explain to the lady in drive-through that I had a mobile order for Candice Weekley. She said OK pull forward. I pulled forward. Waited for about 15 minutes. Finally got to the front. The young girl at the window couldn’t find my mobile order so she went and got her manager, let me say the young girl at the window was extremely polite and handled the situation with care. The manager named Rhonda was very rude and practically almost yelled at me raising her tone. I didn’t appreciate it. She talked down to me in front of my six-year-old to the point where my six-year-old said Mommy I’m sorry that lady yelled at you so she may not think she was and I do not appreciate it. From now on, I will take my business across the street to Burger King, where they have a lot better customer service

I travel all over the country for work I have driven through many many McDonald's and here's yet another one were they have you pull forward for 20 minutes and then bring you a bag of cold food what is the point of having me pull forward and wait if you're not making my food fresh like why do you do it I have to know what is the actual reason
