  Estoy visitando este local últimamente, porque el local donde usualmente voy lo están remodelando, pero el servicio es muy lento, es comida rápida, siempre me tengo que estacionsr mas adelante porque no tienen la orden lista, "ES COMIDA RAPIDA" todas las veces tardan mucho para entregar la comida, es muy lento el servicio en este local

  Terrible service. Waited a long time before she came to take order. Line was growing. That was in addition to wait for food. Food was good and what you'd expect at Bojangles.

  This was my first experience visiting a Bojangles location since I’m not from the South. At the time we came, it was relatively quiet. It didn’t take long for us to get our food and start eating. I overall thought the food was tasty, but there were things that stood out to me. First being the fact that despite the fries tasting great, they were really salty. You definitely needed a drink along side the fries if you want to enjoy them properly. Lastly, I had hopes for the biscuits, but they were really dry and didn’t have much flavor. Overall, I would come back. I just love exploring places that are not native to my state

  the woman with the microbraids in a top knot and nose ring was terrible to us, as well as the customers before and after us. genuinely one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I have never left a review like this, but watching her treatment of everyone as well as snapping at my mother for not answering her quickly enough was the push it took for me to go to the internet about it. I was literally nervous going up to order because of how nasty she was to the family in front of us. I tried smiling to diffuse the situation & she just shot me an evil look and continued with the same treatment that the last customers received. look, i’m not expecting food service workers to jump for joy when a customer enters the room, I am realistic. but if you’re going to be actively hateful to everyone in your vicinity, it’s probably time to find a new line of work. i’ve been in food service my whole life & it isn’t for everyone. she might be better suited on the line than dealing with customers. everyone else was very nice and the food was super fresh. shout out to them. sorry you have to work with someone so mean.
