  My order has been messed up so many times that my name should be in the book for whatever they messed up the next time I order go next time tell them to look in book and I get stupid look.

  Venue is dirty, restrooms were unbearable, the food was good but, I have to wonder where they got chickens so small. As an aside noticed they had no pigeons in the area. Try someplace else.

  This is the worst customer service I've seen in quite a while. Never answered the intercom, so I pulled to the window. Once at the window, server refused to take my order. Circled the buildin, called or five times before active responded to wait. When the server finally acknowledged me, they were our if both items I attempted to order. None minutes is my time and I left with nothing. When I pointed out to the lady taking my order that she could have told me they were out of several items at the tube she refused to take my order instead of just telling me to circle the building. At that point she began to argue with me loudly and since I didn't feel like being disrespected further, I drive away. I want my money back got the time and gas I waited

  I go to this bojangles all the time. As it is the closest bojangles near me if I dont wanna drive and hour. The food is usually subpar . I grew up on bojangles. This is the only bojangles that I have disliked in 33 years . The employees are very disrespectful, they huff and puff for just a simple question if you can get some tea from in back because tea is empty in lobby. There almost always stepping outside to smoke a cigarette and get super mad if they see you come in to there counter "like great I have to get back to my job" I get it work sucks but doesn't mean that you have to get nasty with me when I place my order . No matter what im always kind and polite to them . Also today I went there and I get to drive thru window after I ordered at speaker she was already super rude. Due to her begin rude I forgot that I needed a sandwich to be plain so I asked her if they could do that for me . The lady decided to huff and puff and say God and then storm off to the back . This bojangles needs new management as well as new employees. They all have attitudes and are all nasty to the customers. Only good comment I can give is the tea taste great and the lobby stays clean. Besides that there are no more pros to this place. If it wasn't the only bojangles within a hour I would stop going.
