After sitting there for a couple minutes, the person yelled across the store "we're not open". I responded that I thought the store opened at 0600. The response was yelled across the store "we're not open". At this point, I said ok, I will just use the Pilot for now on, thank you. The way these responses were was very unprofessional. Now I buy my biscuit every morning at the pilot. The biscuits from Pilot as I found out, are alot better anyway and always with a smile.

Line was backed up and she was handling food and drinks all by herself, but she got us through pretty quick. I always see her working I even ask her sometimes if she ever gets a day off. She’s always very sweet and polite. Hard worker, give that girl some help.

She told me she charged me for a hot coffee. I said I would pay for another coffee. She lied and said they don't have iced coffee. Must have huffed and rolled her eyes at me 10 times.
