However the manager today decided she wanted to display her authority after I asked kindly if I could make a few substitutions if that was ok? Same thing I say every time. She proceeded to tell me she couldn't do that but she would do it this time and check with her manager that she could be wrong. I said okay I do this at four different locations everyday and no one else gives me any trouble at all, so let's do it and you can check with your manager and we can go from there. I proceeded to tell her my substitutions and she said oh wait I know we can't do that, and as I walked out I'd ask her if she was going to let a customer walk out unhappy like that? I won't get into the whole thing but I asked her for her manager's name and number and I will be contacting her. I just arrived at the tropical smoothie in Anderson and ordered the same exact way and they gave it to me the way I wanted it with no questions asked I'm posting the receipt. In Anderson they even subbed the sugar out for protein I didn't even ask him to do it. It's much easier to be nice to people.
