I work in customer service management and that shouldn't be happening. I will not be back to this location 1 star because it won't let me give none

Refused to make my drink the way I ordered it, which I've never had a problem with at any other location nationwide. My total order came up to around $40, and they refused to accept a $50 bill. Eating area looked like it had not been cleaned all day. They gave one of our drinks to a different customer at the drive-thru and then couldn't remember what we ordered. This location can't go out of business soon enough.
