Doesn't know how to make the coffees. Girl at the drive through kepts smiling at my husband but as soon as she saw me and our daughters, she gave us dirty looks and was rude. horrible customer service. I work in customer service management and that shouldn't be happening. I will not be back to this location 1 star because it won't let me give none

It's a shame because I drive by this place every day.... but I go to the Greenville location by the hospital instead. Podunk small town workers representing a brand that deserves better.

Refused to make my drink the way I ordered it, which I've never had a problem with at any other location nationwide. My total order came up to around $40, and they refused to accept a $50 bill. Eating area looked like it had not been cleaned all day. They gave one of our drinks to a different customer at the drive-thru and then couldn't remember what we ordered. This location can't go out of business soon enough.
