  Food prepared quickly and was fresh. The staff was really friendly and for fast food it was a pleasant experience.

  This Taco Bell used to be really good. Apparently there’s been a change in management for a while. Poor service, wrong orders, not including requested sauce packs. I use the mobile app because it tends to result in more orders being correct and quicker service. Now every time I go I have to pull around front and wait whether it’s busy or not a single person being in line, in front of or behind me. No sauces on the items that are supposed to be on the item as is. This is my favorite fast food restaurant but I will not be returning until the lazy management changes and hires non-lazy employees. This needs to go to the corporate level but it probably wouldn’t matter.

  Sat in drive thru for over 8 minutes before I was even greeted, said hello twice with no answer. When I said excuse me minutes later, the lady finally acknowledged me and stated ‘you’re gonna have to give me a few minutes’. After waiting an additional 5 minutes with no response and no one asking to take my order I left. This is completely unprofessional. Would’ve left after two minutes of this but waited cause my child really wanted Taco Bell for dinner.
