  2nd McDonald’s in 2 days. To go orders and no napkins. Is there a shortage. Also did not realize that my order was counter pick up. Was told at the drive thru that I had to come to counter to pickup. A service workers’s short walk is more important than an unhappy customer having to back out a drive thru to come inside. Not professional.

  Go into McDonald’s late at night early morning to order food But Kiosk was closed And the people taking the orders did not acknowledge me Been standing there for 10 minutes had to have my husband order through the app we ordered two big Mac meals And waited over 20 minutes for our food, which we finally got our food, but then they made one sandwich backwards They put one of the sandwiches With two middle buns One with two bottom buns Fries are cold sandwich was cold worst experience ever at a McDonald’s and also well, I did finally get my food the manager Or whoever she is wearing a burgundy red shirt did not say sorry for you having to wait so long been had an attitude towards the Other employees that were supposed to be making the sandwiches is very unprofessional this was at 3:40am getting ready to swap to breakfast date 04/08/26 .

  The staff could care less for the proper cooking of the food and the overall quality. Burgers completely saturated with grease to the point the box was dripping with grease, bun saturated, patty was not cooked and pink in the middle. Thought after a year they'd have a decent staff in place by now but obviously not. DO NOT EAT HERE‼️

  Would give 5 stars, but one of my McMuffina was hard as a brick. The breakfast crew is 9 1/2 times out 10 the best. The night crew however....
