Sat in the drive thru for at least 5 (no other cars in the drive thru). I was asked to pull forward because they wanted to remake our burritos with fresh eggs (waited 5 minutes and went inside). The burritos had NOT been made, and the young woman who was supposed to be making the food was standing around doing nothing. The man at the counter had to step over and make the 2 burritos himself. BTW there was lady at the counter who was complaining about waiting 20 minutes for her food. I will gladly speak to the manager if they want leave me a number to call. I would like share what I observed as a business owner.
