I usually come late at night and the service is good but today 12/14/25 I came in close to 3 and was given terrible service. Older women short hair named Mary, she was extremely rude nit picked my order and then didn't even give me my cup and got my order wrong. She kept talking to a different customer instead of doing her job and made the other people working with her do her part of the job. I wont be back until she's gone because she is rude and blantly insults you over the way you order your food.

The RUDEST cashier (older woman with short hair working at 3 p.m. 10/4/25) I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I’ve never experienced someone who was so bothered to do the job she applied for, and is paid to do. On top of that, I was given the most sorry salad I’ve ever received, with items missing so that it wasn’t even really the same salad anymore.

Came in today 10/01/2025 around 11:28 am and placed my order in the on the app then went up to the counter to politely ask for my cup for my drink and was approached by the front of house cashier Mary where she said "you see that we are working on we have no one here right now" which was expressed with much attitude and contempt and seeming disdain for me asking for something simple like a cup i frequent this Wendy's about every week or so this is no way to treat a very polite customer
