  Not big on making my own food order. However I have watched on multiple visits elderly people be directed from the counter to the self service ordering station. If your going to go over there and force them through the order just take the order at the counter and have a little respect for them. Tables are always nasty and wait time are terribly long. 15-30 minutes for a single meal almost every time

  SIMPLY DON'T BOTHER! Go somewhere else..anywhere else. You will thank me later. Food will be wrong 90% of the time even if you order a standard menu order. Dont even think about asking for things to be removed due to allergies. Service is very bad attitude towards customer it's like you are bothering them. Employees tend to socialize amongst themselves instead of making your meal or assisting other customers or cleaning the store. Then when you actually get your meal it's wrong and you wait again for them to remake it while still seeing the same behavior. You get your food the second time and suprise suprise wrong again. Finally ask nicely for team lead to attempt to get your food correct, no suprise the main person socializing was the lead, so more "don't bother me" attitude. Save yourself time money and frustration go somewhere else at least until they get the staff under control. Taco bell really needs to do a few unannounced undercover spot checks just like any other customer would experience maybe that would fix the behavior.

  Idk whats happened here but over the last few weeks the food has went downhill along with the wait in line. Last 2 times ive stopped the line in drive thru was slow and long the the food was terrible. Shells was old and food wasnt fresh at all.

  Made a mobile order for the drive thru so i could just go home after work. ended up sitting in the drive thru for close to 45 minutes. when i got my food everything was made right but they forgot to put my sauces and a fork in the bag. All the workers are friendly though.

  I don’t know if you can see it properly in the photo, but the clock for our order shows almost 40 MINUTES!!!! We ordered on the app hoping that the order would be prepared once we got there. Guess what…THAT HADN’T EVEN STARTED. Only after we came up to the counter 20 minutes later and asked did they start making it. The worker said “it’ll be out shortly”…I must be confused about what the term “shortly” means cause it definitely was not out “shortly”. This is the second time we have ordered on the app and waited over a half hour…c’mon Taco Bell.
