The staff at this place makes it horrible. I tried to eat here a few times a week even though I order online they still managed to get the order wrong every time. And the food is always cold. Tonight I took the opportunity to go And order at the speaker, the food was still cold. I had two pieces of steak in my quesadilla and three pieces of chicken and my taco and their excuse was they were about to close so they didn’t have anything left. I still paid almost $13 for my combo. And when I tried to call the store, the manager on duty was very rude and very dismissive and told me to call corporate. Now there may not be many places to eat out in Pickens, but I can promise you I won’t be spending my money at Taco Bell anymore. It’s like the Three Stooges in there. And whoever is calling themselves a manager is a complete clown. They do not care about the customers at all. I could easily go next-door and spend my money at Zaxby’s or any other fast Food restaurant in Pickens. I hope you guys can get the store together, I really do!
