  It took 10 minutes or more for them to take the guy's order in front of me. Nobody else is in the Drive-Thru. Why do I have to wait 15 minutes to get to a window when it's me and one other car? I just went to McDonald's..

  It always takes forever. Drive through or otherwise. Food is often cold. Service is definitely the vibe of what do you want. If I didn’t literally crave a beef and cheddar every few months I wouldn’t even bother.

  The food was delicious. it was everything you expect from Arby's. nothing crazy, just a normal beef and cheddar sandwich, and whatever those hash brown like potato things are. oh my goodness, those things were incredible. however, the young lady that was on the drive-thru microphone was, I don't want to say rude, because she wasn't rude. she was just so impersonable. impersonable. I totally understand. it's not a dream job for most people, but you shouldn't be on the microphone. if you can at least sound like you're happy to be at work for the day. day. it won't stop you from going back, but it is something that I would love to see corrected.

  It's usually always good. On rare occasions the food is not fresh, but that is usually if I go at an off time. Can't beat the meat and 3! Also the new bread on the French dip... sooo good! Thanks Arby's!
