  Way too expensive! Go to Anderson once in a while, thought we'd try this new place on the way home. Went through the drive through. Was surprised at the price, thought this better be good... Finally get home half hour later and discover they messed up both burgers. Wasn't very good either. For this money we should have gone to Fudruckers or Longhorn steakhouse. Both have much better burgers for this kind of money. Will not go back.

  Second time we've been here. First time, we got our burgers and no onion rings that I ordered. We marked it up to first day open and didn't really bother us. Today was the second time and burgers didn't have what was ordered on them. There was only one other car in line. They were not busy at all. Two visits, two screw ups. You are 0 and 2 and it's not looking good.

  When I came the pendleton location was not busy at all. I got to the window to order, after I finished my order I was informed they were out of what I ordered. No sign to indicate they were out anywhere, no warning until after I ordered it. Service was very slow. 3 cars in front of me and it took an hour to even get to a clear spot to pull out of the location. Figure it out, new location should make for better service.

  Right off we were greeted by the sweetest cashier, her name is Lashaunda. The place was busy but that didn’t bother her one bit..it was a very clean restaurant as well and the employee who brought our food was very kind..I believe at least 2 employees asked us if we needed anything while we were eating, so unlike all other fast food restaurants. Hands down the best customer service! We will be back again, we’re excited to have this restaurant close by :)

  My order was missing large fry dipping sauce for the wings and a fork to eat with the wings with when I got to work and noticed it was missing called them told me I could come back the next day and they would remake it when I got there today they only want to replace the fries and have me pay for everything else I went next door to Zaxby's as I only get 30 minutes for lunch and it takes almost all the time to get the food and get back to work.
