The tracker stopped on quality assurance and stayed there for over an hour. I called the store directly and they said they were down to 1 delivery driver and that my food was now on the way. After waiting another 30 minutes, I drove myself to the store where I found all 4 employees standing at the counter answering similar phone calls to the one I had made earlier. A gentleman who appeared to be the manager, explained that 1 of his drivers had called out and then they only had 1 delivery driver. No pizzas were being made at this time amongst the 4 people standing around.They only refunded me half of my Money And then I found out that the gentleman that handed me My refund was the only delivery driver and he was standing in the store. Not to mention that my food had never left the store as a young lady on the phone said. I don’t think I’ve ever made a bad post about a place but this was Extremely poor service and the Excuses/Lies were insulting. If this is a corporate store that they need to look real hard at a change in management. Employees call out but you provide a service that is paid for, you have to work around it. Not to mention, the food was cold.

They said they were busy. Continued to wait. An hour later and it is in the “Quality check” stage. Here I am an hour and a half later and I just had to call and cancel because we had not received anything and no updates were given. I understand being busy, I do. But no communication and waiting this long is ridiculous
