While waiting at the drive through window I watched an employee use her gloved hands to pull up her pants with both hands and then cinch her belt. Then used to the same gloved hands to prep sandwiches. Not more than 30 seconds later, another employee came around the corner and tossed a set of keys onto the food prep area. Another employee grabbed the keys and continued to prep food. They did not change gloves or wipe down the prep area. Highly unsanitary.

We head to the store to pick up food and there is no food ready they still have to make the order. We get home with our order only to find out we are missing 2 out of 5 biscuits and our sides. Have to go back up and wait another 30 minutes for them to make the missing biscuits. Literally open the biscuits every single biscuit is under cooked and disgusting.

When I returned to get another cup without the grounds they said they wasn't serving coffee because their filters were the wrong size. no offer to refund just dumb looks on their faces. Well from now on it's the other Bojangles if I crave a Bo Berry Biscuit.
