  The coffee is never consistent, I literally go every single day and more often than not my coffee isn't right. I give specific instructions on how much I want of each thing in my coffee. It's hot or miss, they always claim they put the right amounts of everything in when clearly they haven't . It gets old wasting hard earned money . To top it off our lobby is now closed and will be for done time because they just fired a ton of people I guess . So now you have to get back in line to even take it back to have it fixed and the lines have been horrendous since the lobby has been closed. It's just a lose lose at this point . The food is honestly great it's just the inconsistently get my coffee right . Some employees are great and other just aren't.

  Love, love, love the crew here! Always very kind and keep my mornings fueled with caffeine! My sister and I come every morning, so we are regulars- and we adore Kris! She’s always so pleasant and kind, and always makes sure my orders are right. Thank you Pendleton Dunkin crew as a whole for keeping us fueled rain or shine!

  I love coming ever morning. Kris Brightens up my morning. She has a wonderful Personality and conversation with me. She always puts a smile on my face. She is one of the reasons why I keep coming back to that Dunkin. She is my favorite barista there.

  A Dunkin customer for over 50 years. The Pendleton location is the very best. Great service always and coffee and donuts are second to none. The meal deals are a bargain.

  I think it's extremely overpriced for microwave food and substandard coffee. Still a lot better than Starbucks though
