  A full review, evaluated over 3 months after heavy email / message requests to audit this establishment. We very rarely post a one star, unless it is VERY POOR… Below is our honest breakdown and review: 😔 Customer service: 3/10 (possibly due to understaffing). The older staff may have been there a while, and may not be burnt out yet but will be soon. ⏰ ❌ Wait time 0/10. We waited at the counter on many occasions, and in the drive-thru, waits over 30 minutes are not acceptable for a fast food restaurant on a DAILY basis… 🥘 Food quality: 5/10: inconsistent heat, portions, and overall sloppiness. Some occasions, we’re very presentable. Many orders were wrong, overall a 50% score. It is very “all or nothing”. 🗺️ Location: 9/10- prime real estate and perfect for advertising which we saw a lack of. This restaurant is not meeting the full potential of its environment. It is looked over, however right in the middle of everything. 🧼 Cleanliness 3/10- only a few times did we come in and see the restaurant clean, food on tables, floors unswept, dirty bathrooms, dirty parking lot. The bathroom was 80% of the time dirty or not stocked with soap, toilet tissue or paper towels. Recommend a better cleaning schedule/ more staff to have downtime to clean up and restock. ☮️ Vibe: 6/10- we feel the staff is doing the best they can with what they have with the exception of a few employees that the good ones have to pick up after. The store is understaffed and cannot afford to loose employees. Recommend re-evaluations, hiring incentives, raises and hiring events. There are staff that are “core” and keep things running. Would not loose these- promote. This TacoBell has great potential and lots of room for improvement. We hope to come back in a few months and have a better review!

  came in there today and Sam and bryan helped me Really knows what they’re doing. They Are very helpful and they have wonderful management

  The service is the only positive thing I’ve ever had here. No matter what I order at the drive thru big or small I will have to pull up and wait. Every single time. Also if you ever get any sauces they will not get them, you will have to go inside to get them. Also every single time.

  My app sent my order to the wrong restaurant. The workers were helpful to get that order cancelled and got my order to me very quickly.

  All I ordered was two SOFT supreme tacos. The shells were harder than a rock. Who ever made it could not only feel but see how hard and old the shell was. How can you serve people food like that? Disgusting.
