When I pulled in I noticed there were lots of people pulling out of line. There was a long line waiting to talk to the order taker at the drive-thru. When I got to speak with her I gave her my number which was XW55 for my order. She stated she didn't see the order and for me to check the location it was supposed to be at. I told her it was supposed to be at their location and gave her the address. She said yes that is this address. I said so you don't see the order? She said I see the order but it's saying I can't accept it. I said well it's at this location why can't you accept it. There was a long silence she had no intentions of telling me nothing after that. So I asked her I said are you not going to fill my order? She said no I'm not feeling your order I can't do that. And I stated well thank you for nothing. She said you're welcome. Obviously their system is incorrect they're not taking any of the mobile apps I'm guessing this morning for the orders because there were people pulling out left and right and most likely they were mobile orders too so the company is losing money because they're not even attempting to fill the orders and for all I know they could just be not feeling them. It made no sense to me that the order was placed for that location yet she was saying she couldn't fill it. I sincerely hope that you handle the situation because why have the mobile app if they're not going to take the orders?
