    I work literally 5 mins down the rd. When I do delivery incase we have to run a call and cant pick up I haven't had any issues with an Uber driver picking up the order. I only get one certain sandwich from here which is the chicken Ceasar wrap. I have never had missed items or order made wrong which I do appreciate. I've done pick up also. I did call today during my mobile order to let them know I can pick up instead of delivery the man that answered did come off rude but no big deal. I very much enjoy this wrap and that it lets you add all sorts of ingredients to it. I'm always happy with my order and I hope that continues!

    I asked if they had gluten-free sub rolls because I have food allergies. The guy behind the counter patted his belly, grinned and very loudly said "We don't do gluten-free here!" Many people don't and that's fine, I can make accommodations some places that don't, but I don't appreciate being publicly ridiculed by this jerk for just asking. We left.

    Three different times I have ordered only to have the order cancelled twice and over an hour delivery once. They say they deliver but they don’t. They farm it out to uber and then they tell me uber is delayed an hour or cancelled. If they don’t offer delivery don’t pretend to offer it though an unreliable third party. Just take away delivery and make people go through uber because YOU don’t deliver.

    We stopped in on Sept 1 and were pleasantly surprised to find fall decorations in the store! It was unexpected and a lovely touch that my Fall-lovin' kids enjoyed! Kylese took our order and was patient with my (usual) confusing order. She was very sweet and even gave both my kids a piece of candy! Thank you! The store itself was clean, including the bathrooms. There were also pumpkin decorations sitting on the tables, which again, we appreciated. Overall, everything you'd expect from a Jimmy John's but a little bit better. ;-)

    Old white lady has an attitude problem. I asked for the number 17 but they were playing music so loud in there I guess they couldn’t hear me so they made my order wrong. When I went up to get it fixed she argued with me about it and I was astonished she obviously has something going on and shouldn’t be working there with that type of attitude especially when it was no big deal smh
