  This Wendy's was designed poorly with only one entrance. There was a long wait to use the 2 single stall bathrooms. I also believe this location was understaffed for the customer volume for my visit. The drink machine was out of a significant amount of beverages. The staff was pleasant despite being overwhelmed.

  Plenty of staff but slowest service I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant. Waited almost 30 minutes for our food. Others in there waiting the same amount of time. Drink machine out of several options. Ketchup dispenser not working and half open. Trash cans overflowing. If there was a manager working they weren’t doing there job in managing staff.

  If I could give zeros, I would. Do not use the kiosk. My credit card was charged for food that we didn’t receive. We sat waiting on our food for 20 minutes while patrons that came after us had theirs. When we asked about it, they were searching their computer and couldn’t find it. I showed them the charge on my phone, the manager lady told me to call my card and cancel and then reorder. She said it was against the law for them to give us food that wasn’t in their computer. Really???? She didn’t even try to assist us. The other employees did many eye rolls. Let’s just say, I didn’t reorder my food and we are at the 7 Eleven buying snacks.

  Ordered a chicken sandwich and baked potato at 9 PM. Sandwich looked exactly like the marketing pictures and the potato was perfect! Best Wendy’s service and food quality I’ve had in years, this place needs an award.

  Took a moble order almost an hour before close. Got there over 30 minutes before close to be told "we're not making that" and then they marked my order as picked up on the wendys app. Asked them to issue a refund and was told they wouldn't issue one and I could have baconator fries instead of my baconator or nuggets. In the time I was told to just take what I was offered instead of the $17 worth of what I ordered they could have grilled patties, fried chicken nuggets and re cleaned. Was there for over 20 minutes just being told the fries were a good enough replacement for the meals I ordered. I've worked at McDonald's and know it's not that serious to just make the food that's being ordered unless you're just being lazy. Wasn't the first bad experience but will definitely be my last one here. Hopefully their customer service will make it right but who knows with Wendy's
