  Service was prompt to take order but, food was not hot, fries were barely warm, burger patty was luke warm at best, and chicken patty was barely warm as well. The front counter was dirty, covered in sticky soda streaks across the entire counter. The dining floor from the drive thru side door, to the counter was sticky with "half mopped up" soda residue was just smeared around with a mop more than mopped up. This location was not busy and it just looked bad all around at the counter. The ketchup dispenser was missing the tip, so the ketchup went on my tray, not in the cup, I oy noticed the tip missing upon dispensing it the first time. This Wendy's need a "go thru", on the upkeep of the restaurant for sure. I travel all over the country, and this is one of the saddest Wendy's I've been to. Do better Wendy's.

  Make sure to taste the fries before you leave the building / drive through to make sure they're seasoned / salted. It's Friday night so I get it being busy, but that's no reason to neglect standards. Staff was incredibly friendly and pretty fast for how busy they were though.

  Rudest employee I’ve ever encountered yelled at me for ordering an item they were out of on the app. Told me I should “get back on your little app and figure out how to get your money back, cus we don’t have that.”

  Food took insanely long to get and they forgot one of our frostys. We were stuck waiting in the front of the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for them to bring out our food. Terrible!

  A few weeks ago I had a friend coming to town to visit and I had asked him to grab some Wendys on the way here. I put an online order in and he told me he drove up to the drive thru. He said he sat there for awhile with no help until he finally decided to park and go inside. He said when he walked inside there were about 20 people in line. Then he figured out it was because the staff was actually getting into a physical altercation in the back along with arguing. So he messaged me and said this place is a mess. So I had to cancel my online order and get him to go somewhere else. Its really no surprise since it was in Orangeburg. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Highly disappointed.
