  I came in for the first time ever the other day and had the best experience. The Baja chicken wrap with a side of sweet potatoes was my order and it was much larger than expected ! I didn’t try a smoothie but a group of students were there and all had different smoothies they kept saying they were delicious the staff was great !

  I don't think some of the workers are clean when handling the food, but the food is pretty good. They also don't pay attention. They put things on the sandwiches you ask not to or give you the wrong sides or none at all.

  Sadly I have gone 2x now and have never gotten to try anything. I just stand there waiting to order and don't get as much as a "Will be with you soon". I guess this place is only set for online ordering even if they have three different registers. It is clean and looks nice. Wish I could really rate their food. I like smoothies. But will never know about this place. Done trying.

  They mind as well shut this place down and wait until they find reliable people to employ. Each time I’ve went I’ve been concerned about the sanitation habits. Even though I see employees wearing gloves, it’s no use when you’re picking things off the floor and using those same items and gloves to make prepare food. If a bag drops on the floor that does not mean after “accidentally” stepping on it, that you pick it up with the same gloves you are preparing food with, and then proceeding to wear the same gloves, and not wash your hands. Employees here also seem to be more concerned with their phones, than greeting customers or taking orders. The atmosphere of this place is not one that I’m used to, especially after frequenting other locations in and out of state. They are constantly out of ingredients to make smoothies and other items, and “forget” to make the customer aware of what may be missing. Also, they act like it’s a crime when you ask for add ins or simply not to have your food doused in honey! I’ve literally heard an employee say, “I don’t care,” after handing my food know good and dang well she didn’t prepare it as I’ve asked. For the frustrations that I have to endure each time I visit this place I’d rather wait and take a trip to Columbia, or til I’m in another city away from this location. Purely and utterly unacceptable service here.
