  After being recommended by my coworker... I just want to say I am truly thankful that Food Lion offers grocery pickup now. As someone who works long days, this has been a game changer for me. Being able to place my order, pull up, and go straight home without having to walk through the store or stand in line is such a blessing. Everything was ready on time, and the process was simple. I just called to let them know I was outside, and they brought everything right out. I also love that they can track when you arrive it makes the whole experience smooth and efficient. Shoutout to Crystal for her excellent customer service! She made sure my items were packed neatly and organized so well. Everything was handled with care, and I really appreciated that. I also liked that I was able to update my order and add items without any hassle. That flexibility made a big difference. Honestly, this service makes life so much easier, especially after a long, exhausting day. Having someone shop for me while I just pick it up? Yeah… I could definitely get used to this! If I had to rate my experience, I’d say it was beyond a 5 out of 5 more like a 10 out of 10. I’m very satisfied and will definitely be using this service again.
