  Absolute horrible store. EVERY TIME we've come here we wait FOREVER for someone to answer at the drive thru and when they do they are rude. This being the only "fast food" place around for some distance you think they'd be on top of it. They are NEVER busy when we've come. And still takes at LEAST 15/20 mins to get in and out if not longer. Looks like they've got 2 people working, 1 person sitting in the office scrolling on their phone and the other outside chain smoking cigarettes and chatting with some dude. Very unprofessional. I get it, it is just "Wendy's" but damn the Wendy's from my town is literally great. Whoever owns this store, needs to clean house and get an entire new staff & actually care about their location. I would be embarrassed to have this disgrace of a store on my name.

  Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. Lady over speaker was very rude when I said hello. Only 2 cars in the entire parking lot. Fries were cold. For this one to be so new they need to step up and do something

  There was trash trays all over the restaurant The trash cans were bulging out the top cuz they had an emptied them The bathrooms were dirty and there was stuff all over the floor and I'm not sure if it was mud or something worse. The burgers were sloppy cuz they put so much ketchup on them and lettuce that it all was falling out as I was eating the burger and all in all it was just a dirty place. It was also pretty expensive for just three people. Over $40 was spent on the $25 meal.

  Stopped by Wendy’s expecting a quick, classic fast-food fix — but left disappointed (and fry-less). They were completely out of French fries, which feels a bit like a pizza place running out of dough. When we asked about it, the staff seemed more annoyed than apologetic, as if we’d personally offended them by wanting fries at a burger joint. The food we did get was just okay, but honestly, it’s hard to enjoy a burger without fries. Between the rude service and missing menu staples, this visit was a letdown. Hopefully, management can get things back on track, because this Wendy’s definitely wasn’t “fresh, never frozen” — it was just cold and cranky.

  Went here for a meal. I ordered a Dave’s single burger combo. The manager served me my food from drive thru. I drove off unknowingly without my drink. I circled back but and then realized the fries were cold and hard and the meat in the burger was old and dried out. Got it replaced with a Cobb salad served again by the manager. Got home to a salad with old wilted lettuce and old tomatoes, chicken and bacon.
