My $11 Açaí bowl had fresh toppings BUT the Açaí was freezer burnt and crystallized at the bottom. If I’m paying $11 for any product, I expect it to be totally fresh. If the Açaí is no longer good - don’t serve it! If staff is taking short cuts by pre making the açaí and putting them in the freezer, the store manager should correct that….its a problem.
