  Customer service HORRIBLE! Both workers looked like they didn’t want to be there. When I walked in the lady with the red wrap on her head walked out the back and came back thru the front twice and got straight on the line and definitely didn’t wash her hands. For my sub I requested a cold cut with no salami and they refused to make it at my request. Even tho I’ve been to this location twice or three times a week because I live right behind it. I get my sub the same way every time no matter where I’m at. Get new workers that actually want to work and not just come for a check.

  Don't even deserve ONE star. Whoever works evening shift doesn't deserve to make subs. This is the 3rd time i did a online order where my sub was not made the way i wanted it. It's the same person making my sub everytime and messes up everytime. I asked for extra toppings and she only added like 5 on each half. How is that considered extra? Mind you it's the same mistake everytime. Just STUPID. She needs to be fired ASAP. If i had a name i would put it for people to avoid her. Trifling. Bring back the old employees.

  Excellent Food, Staff and Atmosphere altogether. I really really enjoyed myself in there from the time I entered to patiently standing in line to placing my order and getting exactly what I needed and wanted. I am definitely coming back for more.

  I was just in store 16180-0 and was told that despite me having a coupon in subway served by 65798 that I was unable to redeem my coupon because the scanner didn't work that had been working right before I arrived and was charged $8.01 for a 6 inch, I then asked the young lady for napkins and was refused. Then went to the register because subway couldn't take $100 cash and asked Cameron if he could cash the $100 and he then asked Heather who expressed that he could cash the $100 but it was solely up to him. He then said that he didn't want to cash it for whatever reason. He then made a call and expressed that he was told to contact his family member in hopes to instill fear in me. My experience was absolutely repulsive and unprofessional despite all the money I've spent in this establishment. Everyone seemed a bit disgruntled despite having the physical abilities to work, while many of Americans are unable to sustain gainful employment and food for their families. Misery loves company and the devil is obviously busy but God isn't dead. Im going to pray that these individuals find God. Jesus🙏 take the wheel.
