And it’s not crowded, there is no one in the drive through and I was one of three groups inside. 30 minutes of standing just to get incorrect food and drinks. The one redeeming quality is that the employee apologized and genuinely seemed sorry. 0 stars if possible.

They are always out of something, the ice-cream machine is always down, they never give you the correct order and when you try to tell them what's missing they get an attitude. The restaurant is nasty, never clean... especially behind the counter where they work... Not to mention, when you order at the drive- through, I dont care if there is 1 person or 10 people in line, they will pull you to a parking spot and make you wait 10-20 minutes then come out with half the order or the wrong order, then you have to go inside and tell them about it and deal with their nasty attitudes and STILL wait another 15-20 minutes and pray 🙏🏻 your order is right this time... They are very nonchalant about their jobs and they could care less what you think... including management...
