He ended up waiting 58 mins for his order. Not ONE TIME did anyone come out to discuss, explain or apologize for the delay. When the food finally came, he asked for some type of compensation for the wait. He was told sorry there isn’t anything I can do. The man then offered him a refund, but took the chicken back. My boyfriend explained he has to feed the crew and needed the chicken but he should only have to pay half due to the wait and lack of communication and customer service. He was told sorry again, and he couldn’t do anything because that’s stealing. When he got back he realized his order was incorrect. He had to go BACK to the store and AGAIN, was only offered a “sorry”. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
