  Other Chic-Fil-A's actually use more breading (which in my opinion gives the sandwich better flavor). Line is always long, but just as consistently moves fast. Clean and friendly.

  The server helping me was Virgie, she found out it was my first time at a Chick-Fil-A and she really went out of her way to make it a great experience! Virgie took the time to get my order just right, was exceptionally professional and friendly, and really cared about making it a positive experience. I wish more workers were like Virgie, she is amazing and now I'm hooked on Chick-Fil-A spicy chicken sandwiches... Thank you Virgie!

  No mobile ordering... Digital orders in the app just put you into the same line as everyone else. Absolutely no advantage to ordering ahead, in fact I think it's worse. Despite ordering and waiting in that line for roughly 20 minutes at a non busy time, order was still not ready when I pulled around. Not even anything complex, just a chicken filet without a bun and a cup of ice. Very surprised as usually these guys are the epitome of efficiency. This one is an exception...very unusual. Food was typical, decent but not amazing, prepared well, affordable, good portions. The staff must be used to the traffic patterns, they did not really explain to us what was going on with the merging and unmerging, the lanes split and then went back together and then split again but that was not one we used, I guess? 😅 They didn't really explain where to go, just said to stay behind the car in front of us. I mean, that seems like a given. Wink. I am wondering what insanity goes on when it actually gets busy, because it seemed difficult for them to manage at low capacity there. Figuring out the drive thru line is pretty much the reason for the ranking on atmosphere of a 1 star. They were kind enough, just wish they paid enough attention to know that we need some instruction and without some signs we don't know where the lines are supposed to go since they diverge and converge a few times. Odd.

  Worst Chick Fil A I've ever been to. The older lady taking orders through the drive thru was extremely rude. I had to repeat my name 3xs.. the menu changed while I was rolling my window down from breakfast to lunch. And I asked they guy "turning the menu" if I could still order breakfast. He never made eye contact, just responded No! Very rudely. After I ordered...no Thank you..my pleasure. Nothing. We were giving zero napkins and the drinks were spilling over the side and dripping. It was just an awful experience and the food wasn't even great. This Chick Fil A is a disgrace to all the others that go above and beyond.

  Was given my food no your welcome back. My order was wrong when I went back in to get it corrected, No one tried to help me. The few people I did see continued to look at me but never asked what I needed . The manager walked right by without a word. I had to stop a young man who came out the kitchen to help me . Once he help the manager then came and asked the young man what was he doing? I told him thank you for helping a customer sir.
