    Wendy's National was offering a free sandwich to Veterans on Veterans Day. This location is not participating in the celebration of veterans. I wonder who owns this place ? I will not be back!

    It was the worst dry hamburger I ever had. Wilted lettuce, tomato that was disgustingly bad and cheese that didn’t melt. I think the patty was warmed up from the day before. I will NEVER go back to a Wendy’s again. No wonder the chain is going bankrupt!

    The drive thru employee did not listen to me at all. On the screen, it even said bacon, egg, cheese with an iced coffee. I received a sausage, egg, cheese with a hot coffee. I saw employees handling food without gloves. They have no friendliness. Additionally, they refuse to turn on mobile orders until 8:30-9. So when I want breakfast before then, I have to pay much more because I don’t get to use my deals and coupons. You guys just suck, basically.

    Always put of potatoes. Why even have them on the menu if you cant keep them in stock? Same with your "new" chicken tenders that are sold out by 11am. Again why have it pn the menu if you cant have it in the store. Done coming here for disappointment. No wonder this store is always empty.

    The sign says. It's open. But they keep their doors locked because they don't like to work. This location has been doing this for 2 years. I had hoped by now they would have changed management because of all the complaints. I guess not. I don't see how this place can stay open with how they choose to operate. Wendy's is typically a favorite fast food place. There's no reason why you guys can't get your stuff together and run it properly. Maybe give the employees an incentive to improve their work ethics. I don't know, but something needs to change.
