- MFmike farmerNov 16, 20253.0Wasn’t happy with this place. To start as we were brought to our table we passed several empty tables. Once we got back to where the bath rooms are we were seated. I was about to complain when my wife gave me that look. So we sat, looking at several empty tables in front of us. Why?? That should be the last table seated. I know this sounds petty but i hate that!! My salad wasn’t edible. Some of the lettuce had a brownish look and some pieces were bad. OLD lettuce. The rib eye was tasty but the damage was done. No attention to detail with the food quality. Not going back.

I called and spoke to Helen the manager and she was so pleasant and accommodating that I had to come back and change my ratings. I know everything can't always be perfect when eating out so with that in mind I am changing my ratings to 5 stars due to management and the way she handled the situation. Thank you and I look forward to next time.

Specifically came to write a review to praise our waitress, Alicia (unsure if spelled correctly)—she was fantastic! We had a large party of 13, and she handled it with grace, making sure we all got exactly what we wanted and keeping our drinks filled. A couple of us are servers as well, and we talked about how great she is at providing great service and connecting with us while also allowing us to celebrate amongst ourselves. I had the parmesan crusted chicken with a sweet potato and mac and cheese—so good! My mom’s steak came out a bit undercooked which was no big deal, but Alicia made sure to get it fixed perfectly so my mom could enjoy her food as well! No complaints at all.
