  We when in line and the person taking our order was impatient and rude to the beyonders. We order two sweet teas and she cut us off like we were done which we were NOT.

  En este restaurante llevan 2 veces que me pasa lo mismo. Llego por el ¿Servicio de carro? Pongo mi códico para usar la aplicación terminan, por no ponerlo. Pierdo mis puntos. Pierdo mis promociones porque no me las dan y en esta ocasión pedí un café con extra hielo con nuestra crema. El café estaba asqueroso. No tenía sabor. Solo era la crema y el café. Regresé a que me lo modificaran. Y de maldad, me le pusieron azúcar, granulada y el sabor del caramelo que yo había solicitado desde un principio al momento de tomarle. Es como si estuviera tomando el azúcar literal. En grano, el peor servicio que me han dado en un mcdonals. Le comenté al chico y se puso a discutir conmigo en vez de darme una opción. Tiré ese café a la basura y me quedé sin producto, ya que no me ofrecieron ninguna otra opción. No regresaré a ese McDonald's. Jamás nunca pésimo servicio

  Very clean. Food was fresh. The only issue I have is that I requested condiments 3 times. Once when I ordered, Once at the pay window and Once at the pickup window and I still did not get my condiments. They were trying TOO hard to keep the line going fast they were not listening and paying attention. At least three other customers also had the same issue. Also EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. Because they are close to the beach. Which is awful because it was off season and I am a local resident.

  This is the worst McDonald’s in North Myrtle Beach by far super slow times seen multiple employees on their phones not working. Food is always cold. Just terrible all around. Will never be coming back.

  I ordered 2 small chocolate milkshakes. My total was $8 and 70 something cents. I gave the cashier $9. They insisted the total was $9 and 70 something cents - a full dollar more than my total. I didn't feel like arguing as I was in a rush to leave. I went to the app and ordered 2 small chocolate milkshakes to compare the price. The total was $8.76. Not only did the male taking my order get the total wrong, the lady at the pick up window went to ask the young man and came back taking his word it was over $9. The total when completing my order clearly showed it wasn't. It's hard to believe not one, but two employees misread a screen, or simply did not check.
