- LMLiLi MarieNov 13, 20251.0They serve stale bagels! Their bagels are so hard that it caused jaw problems for me and my friend a few weeks ago chipped a tooth trying to eat one of their bagels. Their bagels are definitely not fresh! A fresh bagel is even soft when toasted. If you go there stay away from their bagels unless you want broken teeth or a jaw injury. We want fresh bagels every day all day!

We love to drink coffee, have a donut, and read or check emails etc. We arrived today at the new Dunkin and were having coffee. We are always careful to leave a coffee shop if it gets busy but it was a slow day. One of the workers came over and warned us that no one is allowed to stay over an hour. There were only 2 or 3 customers there at the time. We had only been there about 30 minutes but we trashed our coffee and left. We do not plan to return.

The owner was very, very nice and very helpful. By the time I left, I felt that I was truly valued by the staff and the establishment.
