Cant believe that a bowl is now $18 walking thru the line they hardly put any rice beans and chicken in the bowl there was a good amount of mild salsa then got some corn and guacamole when they rang it up it they keep increasing the price dont forget your fast food not a restaurant so not worth it im going back Moes

I went to this Chipotle and it was bad. The person taking the orders also ran the register. No gloves. There was another person there but she was ignoring us in line. NO ONE WAS ON THE GRILL. NOTHING WAS COOKING. THEY WERE ALREADY OUT OF QUACAMOLE. I had to call the other woman over. The meats and vegetables looked old and burnt. Didn't look fresh at all. This is one of the worst Chipotles I've been to. I ended up just buying sides. I usually get a burrito bowl, but I changed my mind. I like when the green peppers and onions look freshly cooked as well as the meats.
This place needs to be checked out.

Serving customers day old guacamole and making us pay full price for it. Refused to make any kind of apology or correct the issue. Asked if i could get a serving from the to go area or if they had a fresh batch, neither was accommodated. Staff stated that it would take 30 minutes to make a new batch and was very dismissive and acted like they couldn’t be bothered. Also didn’t have brown rice, black beans, or fajita veggies. There’s no reason that they should not have the food prepared before lunch rush. Let us stand in a line for 20 minutes to find out that what you came for is not available or not quality. And this is not the first time I have had an issue at this location, but I should not have to travel 30 minutes just to go to a better location because this one doesn’t care to keep to standards.
