Arrived at 7:45PM tonight (Friday) & the staff already had the chairs stacked on the tables, despite being open until 11PM. I understand getting an early start on cleaning so they can leave shortly after closing, but 3+ hours seems excessive. That said, I didn’t not feel comfortable sitting down inside even though I had intended to. When ordering the food, they were out of lettuce & guacamole. There were at least 3 employees on hand so there was sufficient staffing to prep these things, especially since my brother and I were the only ones in the building, initially. Though, three others arrived while our food was being assembled. Chipotle has really gone down hill.

I do not understand what is going on with this location. When I go they are frequently out of something (lettuce, guacamole, cheese) and why are they closed on Thursdays?? The staff is nice but this place needs to get it's act together

This is the second time this Chipotle has dropped the ball and not in a small way. The first time, they gave us the smallest portions we've ever received. We decided to give them another chance as we all have bad days. We went in and they said they were only doing online orders. They gave us a time it would be ready by and 30 minutes past that we are still waiting. No apology, no urgency, no sign they care. At this point, I don’t know if it’s laziness, poor management, or just total indifference but whatever it is, this location is a mess.
