  This place is horrible. The take forever serving everybody’s food and everyone has been waiting for a solid hour. Please do not come here if you don’t want cold nasty food that takes forever to be served to you.

  When you order a TRIPLE BACON CHEESEBURGER that's exactly what you expect 3 patties cheese and bacon but instead I got a double bacon cheeseburger but when asked to fix it got an excuse and attitude instead when asked what I wanted to happen I just wanted it took off bill granted I just spent $133 she said we can't do that so I said just remark it than an she aggressively threw good food in the trash like wow will be last time I will be going here

  We had an early lunch today at this location, a little past 11am. Our waitress was outstanding and the boneless wings, fries, celery, carrots, and drinks were ALL delicious.

  Food is always good HOWEVER Everytime I go here, service is always unpredictable and they are always understaffed and half the staff is just sitting on their phones ignoring customers or too caught up in their conversations with each other. Tried giving it another chance tonight and was ignored and they sat us at a dirty table, only 3 people on shift from what I could see and only 2 seemed to be actually doing their jobs (the 2 brunettes if management wants to give them some positive recognition).

  The place was dead. Roughly around 10 tables in the entire restaurant. We got sat in the bar area by some guy, not sure if he was a server, hostess or manager. He said the bartender would be with us shortly. After about 11 mins he came back and took our drink order at that time I told him we were ready to order. Our food came out slow, the chips tasted like stale dirt and you could tell they had been sitting in the window under heat lamps for way too long. Most of the chips were crumbs. He brought zero napkins or silverware. When I asked for them I received two napkins…. 2. Mind you we ordered wings. The guy was super nice but the service was slow. At some point the bartender who was supposed to be our server came over asked if we needed anything. I asked for water which she quickly returned with. We sat for around 25 mins before she came back. We asked for a box. As someone who was once a bartender and server that worked in a fast paced, high volume bar and restaurant in Las Vegas I know what it takes to be great! I feel for the people in the service industry. But I know they could at least tried.. This is our second time here at the North Myrtle location and I can tell you this will be our last. We normally go to the Conway location which is a completely different experience.I’ve never in my life not tipped but I’m am leaving what I feel is a reflection of this establishment and their service standards.. 1.49. Get it together BWW or close this location for good.
