  We try to avoid this location as much as we can as the service Is usually well behind other locations. On the most recent visit, we ordered everything pretzel knots and 20 traditional wings extra crispy. We specifically asked for the pretzel knots to come out first as they almost never do. Not only did they not come out first they didn’t come out at all. When the food runner came out to give us our wings we mentioned again we also had pretzel knots that we ordered. They never showed up. We ordered 15 wings with dry rub and five wings with sauce. Unfortunately, the dry rubbed wings just had the dry rub sprinkled over the top of them, not covered in the rub (Like every other location we’ve ever been to in America). This is the one location that only sprinkles it over the top, which is kind of ridiculous. This would’ve been a one star review, except the wings were cooked to perfection. They just really need to step up their service.

  I ordered food for 2 people and nothing was correct at all except a piece of cheesecake. I ordered it through delivery. I called and spoke to a very unprofessional manager guy on November 8th at 7:15 and he just said there’s nothing he do about it and that was it. I spent 60+ dollars for a piece of cheesecake and he can’t do anything about it not receiving what we ordered??? I will not go back and will not order from them again! By the way I live here I’m not a tourist!

  I was seated right away at Buffalo Wild Wings, but after sitting for 15 minutes, not a single person even acknowledged me — no greeting, no drink order, nothing. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy, so there really isn’t an excuse for being ignored completely. I ended up leaving without ever being helped. Extremely disappointing experience and definitely not the kind of service I expect from a place like this

  We purchased a order through doordash and had it delivered and then when we discovered that we are missing our fries from our order I drive over 12 Mi round trip half hour round trip in the person I speak to who claims to be a boss doesn't claim to be a manager states he can give me two orders of fries instead of the one that we were missing that's the only compensation have my food delivered then on top of it I get home and I open it up and one of the orders are fries is like a half order so he didn't even give me two full orders of fries like you said he was going to he gives me 1 1/2 orders of fries I probably will never give this Buffalo Wild Wings my business again very disappointed in their customer service they screwed up and then don't even compensate it for you

  Ordered from the app, the free burger they give at sign up is a scam, you pick an item $15+ pre-tax from the regular menu and they're supposed to give you the free sign up burger, it doesn't work in the app nor the website. Then, they tell you to show up 25 mins after you order, you end up waiting almost 30 mins more at the front desk, they give you the fries container almost empty after all the wait. The food is meh. Beware of the time you arrive.
