We started out night out going to McAlister’s Deli, but due to the rudeness of the “assumed manager,” we left disappointed. Thankfully, Bojangles turned everything around. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and kind. Gabby stood out with her exceptional service—she interacted sweetly with our children and even helped us get our food to the table. Her genuine care made the whole experience feel special. It’s rare to find a restaurant where every team member treats you like family. Tonight, Bojangles did just that. Two thumbs up for the amazing staff and the joyful atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
