The latest issue today was an apparent bait and switch involving the Arby's App. I received a $4 double roast beef with cheese coupon through the app that should have been valid with a purchase of $10 or more. My total was $10.68 (before tax). When they tried to apply the coupon code from the app, the cashier/crew leader said I needed to spend an additional $4 to use the coupon. Why would I spend $14 to save $4. Bigger question is why would I spend $14 for lunch at a fast food restaurant. I'm pretty close to done with Arby's.
