  The service at the the North Myrtle Beach location has gotten awful especially at night! We waited over 10 mins for someone to take our order and there wasn’t even a line! The kids are to busy talking with their friends in the parking lot!

  My wife really loves your coffee, but the music outside is extremely loud. It’s often so loud that we can’t hear the employees, and we end up having to repeat ourselves multiple times. I understand wanting a good atmosphere, but the volume could definitely be turned down a bit, it doesn’t need to be so loud that customers can’t even think or have a conversation. Part of the experience is being able to interact with the staff while waiting on a drink, but it’s difficult to have even simple small talk because of the noise level. I usually end up apologizing and rolling up my window because I don’t want to shout over the music. We really enjoy coming here and just hope the volume can be adjusted to make the experience more comfortable for everyone.

  I come here fairly often, and go to the other stands daily. I love this location but they messed up my drink. I asked them to remake it and instead of doing so they just added more milk and gave me my drink back. I took a sip, said it just takes like half and half now and asked for it to be remade again. This time they just added more flavor and didn’t even remake the drink yet again. Now I’m handed an iced coffee with no ice and basically all milk and more added flavors. Just wish my drink would’ve been remade entirely instead of trying to fix the original one not once but twice

  We stopped by to pick up some coffee. Girl was very friendly and informative. She described menu and told about products, it was 2 for 1 for some drinks, muffin tops also available, there are warm and cold drinks, drive through and window service, mocha was good but slightly too sweet, coupon was given for $1 off next drink, we will return

  So I LOVE 7 brew and we go all the time so all 3 locations in this area. I visited here yesterday and on the customers side of things it went great. However when I got to the point of waiting for our drinks, the girl at the stand was chatting to me. I asked her if they were closing early because of the snow storm. She informed me that no they were not closing early (most places were so this was wild) and also told me she has been outside for 6 hours and was not allowed to step inside the building and that she has just gotten yelled at for doing that. WHAT?! It literally freezing outside. I hope she finds a better job that will care about her and management that won’t yell at her for literally trying to warm up for a minute. Sad because the girl who yelled at her is in a tiktokers videos alot so I recognized her immediately and she always seems nice from the outside.
