  Went out to this Bdubs last night with my fiance. We frequent this place a lot as we are local and it’s very close to home. As we walk in the door there was this skinny caucasian server boy staring my fiancé up and down like she was a piece of meat right in front of my face. I proceeded to ask him if he was good? He then got a loud tone and doubled down with aggression so I become very frustrated. This is the second time this boy has done this and the first time I let it slide. We left the building very frustrated and I ended up coming back inside to speak to a manager. While I’m speaking to a manager the little server boy comes around the corner with a huge smirk on his face insisting that he meant no harm. That is a lie and someone should really do something about his behavior before he gets himself hurt one day very soon.

  One of my better experiences at BWW, which I feel has gone down hill (the chain) in recent years. This location has very good food, good service and a nice 2 for 19.99 deal. I will definitely re visit this location.

  We went to dinner here tonight (03/26) and it was a fantastic experience as always. From the time we walked in the blonde female waitress was so personable, our waiter Aaron was adorable and so kind to my four year old daughter, and another waitress came over and gave my daughter some Barbie stickers since my daughter was playing with a Barbie activity, which was so kind and thoughtful! The food was delicious as always and we love coming here. My husband and I had our first date here back in 09/2019 and we come here every year for our date-a-versary and are always pleased with the service, atmosphere, and food. Thanks again!

  I have never had as bad of a service experience at any restaurant at all, whether that be a BWW or not. The hostess literally argued with me about whether I could sit at a table, basically trying to force me into a booth, which would have been fine if it weren't for my older parents preferring to sit in chairs. After agreeing to seat us at a table, she literally said "fine over here" with an attitude. When my parents arrived a few minutes after, she said "yeah they're over there", , and just motioned them away. We sat at our table for 20 minutes with absolutely no service. I went to the bar and ordered my own drink. My fiancé had to chase down a server that was not our own to take our drink order. The order then sat at the bar completed, for over 5 minutes without any attention. My fiancé then went to the bar and also picked up the drink order and brought it back to the table. Since when did this establishment become a self serve place? The professionalism of this staff at the BWW location, and mainly the hostess, at 518 Hwy 17 N, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 was downright disrespectful. I would highly recommend literally anywhere else, and this is coming from someone who spends a considerable amount of money annually at my local franchise. This location needs major help. Look at all the one star reviews lol.
