I’m not someone who usually complains, and we come to Topgolf fairly often, but this experience was genuinely unacceptable.
We arrived on 4/26/26 and didn’t meet our assigned server until almost 40 minutes into our bay time. After that, we ordered food, which took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold.
When we asked for ranch, we were told (in a rude tone) that we had to order it through the app and to “ask your server,” even though we had barely seen her at that point. When we mentioned the food was cold, we were again told to wait for our server.
We then didn’t see our server again for another 45 minutes. During that time, there were no check-ins, no drink refills, and no effort to provide service. It also wasn’t particularly busy, and it was clear this wasn’t a staffing issue — just a lack of attention.
To make things worse, the group behind us was waiting nearly an hour just to receive waters they had already asked for.
We ended up spending $115, and unfortunately it was one of the worst service experiences we’ve ever had. It completely took away from the experience, and my wife was upset the entire time, which made it even more disappointing.
Again, we’re regular customers and this is not typical of what we expect from Topgolf, which is why I felt it was important to share.I’m not someone who usually complains, and we come to Topgolf fairly often, but this experience was genuinely unacceptable.
