  the place was dirty and the workers paid no attention to the lobby. they were also working incredibly slow while laughing and talking in the back. my first and last time coming here lol

  How can they be so bad. Yeah it’s a T bell but they just tell you they’re closed because they don’t want to work. When they do decide to work they take forever and don’t get the order right. It doesn’t matter if it’s in person or Uber Eats, the only thing they are consistent with is messing up your order.

  Ive ordered multiple times online and they keep just cancelling my order or messing the order up. If there was another one closer, I would rather order from them. I ordered at 8:08 pm and it says ETA 9:01 pm....its 9:15 and it still says being made. If they cant make the food, then they need to turn off being able to order delivery from this crappy establishment

  At least they made my girlfriends food right. Only thing they never put your mobile order on the damn mobile order pickup Shelf or call your name when you're literally the only two people sitting in there twiddling your thumbs waiting. Her order was ready for over 10 to 12 minutes and since they called out doordash drivers orders that came in, I figured at the very least they would call out a name or at least put it on the shelf so that we could see that it was finished rather than just hold it in the back while it gets cold. Also, they saw my girlfriend put in her damn mobile order at the kiosk right by the counter, so I would think that that would say something? But of course one guy walks inside and waits without sitting down really until it takes too long but he sits at the front and of course they call out his name. And he never said a word. Would much rather Drive the extra distance and come to the Northwoods location from now on

  Listen I LOVE my Taco Bell and I don’t leave bad reviews for them as I get it it’s fast food I’m not expecting five star service. However I highly recommend driving the extra couple of miles to a different Taco Bell because this place sucks. Not only did it take forever for no good reason. The woman taking orders at the drive thru who had no name tag or id call her out was super rude. Even yelled at me because I assume she thought I said huh rather than hot when asking what sauce I wanted.
