  If it were possible, I would rate this establishment with zero stars. We placed an order for a Subway, yet we did not receive a receipt until the designated pickup time. The store that was selected was located over 30 minutes away from our residence. In light of this inconvenience, we reached out to the store to request a refund, especially since there are six other Subway locations within a 5-mile radius of our home. Unfortunately, the service we received was exceptionally rude. The staff failed to comprehend our situation and maintained a consistently dismissive attitude throughout our interaction. They exhibited a complete lack of sympathy or empathy for customer satisfaction. It is my firm belief that individuals who cannot provide satisfactory customer service are not suited for employment in such a setting. This particular Subway ranks as one of the worst I have ever visited. I strongly advise against placing any orders from this location. Furthermore, I intend to report these issues to corporate management. To avoid the blatant disregard for customer service and the inability to effectively assist customers, I highly recommend steering clear of this establishment.

  I wish I could give negative stars here. (03-21-26 7.15p- for the managers if they care) I just walked out of this place with my order and I cannot believe how we were treated. The lady making our sandwiches was RUDE AND RACIST. I've never come across such an arrogant person in my life. She need to be fired or taught customer service or basic manners. No wonder why there are too many 1star reviews for this place.

  Service was nasty. They don’t speak, the little boy with the big glasses attitude, the other lady acted as though I wasn’t standing there. The so called owner who I assumed was very dry with her response, when I calmly told her about the bad customer service she barely made eye contact. I really wish these weren’t the people working nor running Subway. It used to be so much better when past employees and owners were at this particular Subway. I’m glad I have the choice to not patronize this place nor my family or friends. FYI save the apology this would be so typical to paint yourself as a carrying person for the actions of your employees and self as a business owner.
