  Fries and tots where over cooked. Burger and natural and lemonade where on point.

  Paid 40ish for hubby and I and we left and when I got to 26 asking for a onion ring they was none. The fries was cold the only thing they have going for them is they drinks. SMH

  I went here a couple of nights ago and I just have to say that the food was amazing as always but the customer services was very hostile. The lady that was taking my order had an additude for no reason. She was very rude and I have seen her several times always look so rushed and mad. Didn’t want to write a review at all but I have had the same experience with the same lady. I’m not sure if she’s manager or what but she’s black with glasses. Overall the food was great and everything was good. Just need to fix customer service when it comes to certain employees.

  Had a small little issue on a couple burgers, and Travis fixed the issue immediately and made everything right great customer service. Travis was awesome.

  Tried to get lunch on my break so I got in the drive thru. The guy said hold on. After about a 2 minutes he comes back on the microphone and as I'm placing my order he is singing and saying that he can't hear me. Then not sure if he was talking to me or other staff members but he said you need to follow the yellow brick road and him and other staff started laughing. I just pulled off without ordering and went to another restaurant. I usually have a great experience with Sonic but this location i will not visit again.
