  As I walked in I wasn't greeted with the best customer service. As I walked in it felt as if I walked into an olive garden. The worst. As I was seated the waiter gave me the dirtiest look. As if she was the CEO of Outback. Then once I finished my food no one came up to my table to tell me to have a good day the Aussie way. Unacceptable behavior coming from a "high end" chain restaurant.

  Didn't get to tell the manager before we left since they were busy but wanted to leave a great review for our server. Madison C was our server for the night and made our meal very enjoyable. My wife and I noticed how polite, accommodating, and very attentive Madison was. I also noticed how much effort she put into other tables and how hard she worked. I don't normally leave reviews but she was awesome and I feel like she earned a great review.

  Had lunch delivered. Alice springs chicken was extremely salty and inedible, had to throw it away.

  We had a birthday meal at Outback today. Everyone enjoyed there meal, and the kitchen staff went out of their way to please. We had a handicapped individual with us who ordered the full rack of ribs and when asked they cut each rib off the rack to make it easier for them to eat it. Members of the group had steak, ribs, shrimp and chicken pasta, as well as salads, fully loaded potatoes, ect. Everyone was please. By the way, the blue cheese and pecan salad was delicious! Our waitress was attentive, and the wait staff sang happy birthday to the birthday girl which pleased her. The hostess even held the door open as we left. We totally enjoyed our visit!

  We sat at the bar. Waitress was okay, I didn't like the fact she was serving us and tables around us. Bar was not very clean dirty clothes, glasses was sitting on bar when we arrive and after we left that was use, we had nat flying around at the bar.waitress/bartender need take class to fix drinks, The coconut shrimp was not fully cooked and it did not taste good I'm gratefully they removed it off the bill but I still unacceptable knowing the food was not actually properly cooked and it was didn't taste well; also our food when I finally arrive after 35 to 40 minutes is very salty just didn't taste well at all I don't know if they have just actually one cooking he or she is also interesting but they do need to get some more stuff I just have the cook cook and not waitress and cook that's very unacceptable and unsanitary. Overall I wasted almost 2 hours eating salty food the bar was not clean. Only will not be returning anytime soon
