  HORRIBLE SERVICE! On 4/11/2026 at approximately 7:18 PM, I arrived to pick up an online order and found a crowded lobby with no immediate assistance at the counter. After a period of waiting, service was not directed toward pickup customers, and drive thru orders were prioritized instead. Multiple staff members, including the manager, were present but did not acknowledge waiting guests. My order was ultimately received around 7:55 PM. The overall experience reflected significant delays and a lack of effective front-of-house coordination during peak hours. I intend to escalate this matter to corporate for further review. The management was the biggest problem here. She avoided the lobby and eye contact with the 20+ persons waiting. She clearly has not skill when it comes to delegating tasks and responsibilities to the staff. Completely unprofessional!

  Everytime i come here....no matter if it's for personal or doordash....it's always a long wait. I used to work fast food and this would be unacceptable. The food should already be up for rush hour. They should already know what to drop and when to drop

  Worst McDonalds. I have never sat in a longer drive through. This isn’t a one off thing either. I’ve gone maybe 6 times. Sat in line for almost an hour each time. If you order online they’ll cancel the order.

  Never ever go threw the drive thru unless you pack a sleeping bag and want to wait almost a hour for “fast food” I never waited so long for 3 meal deals in my life my mother in law went there for biscuits a gravy and it was frozen might as well go down the street to Wendy’s
