I’ve never had such a frustrating experience at a McDonald’s location. This was hands down the worst service I’ve ever received.
We placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, and from the start, everything was wrong. We were given the wrong size frappe, had to send it back, and instead of fixing the situation professionally, staff got an attitude and asked why we were still sitting there — maybe because our order STILL wasn’t complete?
After that, we were handed a bag and told everything was inside. It wasn’t. No fries — just nuggets. When we pointed that out, the employee actually asked for the bag and receipt back to “verify” like we were lying. Completely unprofessional.
Finally got the fries, but guess what — still missing the drink. Had to once again get their attention just to receive the rest of what we already paid for.
To top it all off, there’s a sign posted about a “100% right guarantee” or a free item on your next visit if it’s wrong. When we mentioned it, the manager flat out said, “we ain’t get no free food, get out of here.” Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone in a management position.
Mistakes happen — I get that. But the attitude, lack of accountability, and outright disrespect is what made this experience so bad. This location clearly has serious management and customer service issues that need to be addressed immediately.

Long long long wait for simple breakfast waiting over 15 minutes at drive through for my order and just one meal. Not acceptable and food doesn't even seem fresh no idea why I had to wait it wasn't busy at all. Avoid this location

I wish i knew her name but she a manager with red hair. Shes AWESOME! Anytime she is running the shift food is always fresh store is clean employess are respectful. Phenomenal hospitality. KEEP HER!! Actually she needs a raise 👌🏿

This place sucks, went through the drive through got really disappointing service ended with a refund and nothing else. Manager on duty was no better than the rude gentleman running the drive thru. The food is already far below any standards I only came to grab something fast on my way to an appointment but left with a reminder as to why I don't ever eat at McDonald's. If the food is going to be what it is. Then the service should at least compensate for it in some way.
Should have known better.
