- APAndrew P1 day ago3.0Takes longer than most. Food was good though and fries were hot so I am OK with that. What I wasn't ok with was the drive thru person being rude.
- MRMuhamed Rivers2 days ago1.0Horrible service from the extremely rude woman at the drive thru window where you pick up the food between 3-330. The experience started rude and got worst. As soon as I got to the window she tried giving me a happy meal I explained that one isn’t mine. She stated “why you skipped the line you skipped the line. How? Then I got my food I politely ask for a bbq sauce she stated “she only hands food out she isn’t around the bbq sauce that’s not for her to do”. So I then asked can someone back there give me bbq she yelled ITS IN THE BAG. Lady I checked the bag it’s not in there. What a disgrace to what McDonald’s used to be. At least the food was ok. I was so upset I drove off and didn’t realize there wasn’t even a straw in the bag. Go figures smh. This woman should not work here this is not customer service it’s rudeness at its fines. I wil be reporting this to corporate the whole experience was caught on my dash cam. SHAME….
- JKJim Kyle2 days ago1.0Came to this McDonald’s on the evening of 4/9/26, arriving at 7:30 pm. We left at 8:15. We were third in line in the outside lane. In 45 minutes the two cars in front of me left and I drove to the outdoor speaker. No one ever spoke to me or took my order. I finally left at 8:30 never to return to this store again. If you’re the owner of this store, good luck with your investment!

- AHAaron HesslerApr 3, 20261.0I am from out of town. I placed a pickup order for inside at 10:30. Showed up and the doors are locked. They told me to go wait in the drive thru line. So here I am, currently standing in the drive thru line, that is not moving, hoping I can get some food.
